If the distance traveled reaches forty (40) kilometers, the ten (10) extra kilometers will be charged according to the applicable rate for the relevant zone and vehicle category.
3.1 — Payment Reminders: In the event of a delay or failure to pay, VIP Limousine reserves the right to send the User a payment reminder, which may incur reminder fees. The amount of these fees depends on the unpaid amount, the nature of the service, and the administrative costs actually incurred.
3.2 — Unpaid Credit Card Invoices: In the case of an unpaid credit card invoice, VIP Limousine reserves the right to charge the User for any costs arising from non-payment (bank fees, card issuer fees, etc.), as well as potential additional processing fees, calculated on a case-by-case basis.
The User may pay for the service by credit card. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, the User remains solely responsible for any transaction fees that may apply, including those related to currency differences, intermediary banks, or foreign accounts. Such fees cannot, under any circumstances, be charged to VIP Limousine or result in a refund or reduction of the amount owed.
In the event of late or missing payment, VIP Limousine reserves the right to send the User a payment reminder, which may result in reminder fees determined according to actual administrative costs.
In case of payment refusal or an unpaid credit card invoice, VIP Limousine reserves the right to charge the User for all costs incurred, including those from banks, credit card organizations, or any other third parties involved in the transaction.
VIP Limousine also reserves the right to apply, where applicable, additional processing fees, determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances and costs caused by the payment incident.
